With over 20 years experience in foam engineering, and manufacturing of Multimat®, we are delighted to have enhanced the comfort and enjoyment annually of more than half a million Multimat® owners from family campers on short breaks to some of our planet’s most demanding explorers, facing the most extreme and challenging environments.
Beacons Products offer the highest-quality outdoor gear available, and we stand behind everything we make. If you experience any problems with your Multimat® the following guide will help you get it repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
In order to keep our products in use and out of the landfills, Beacons Products offers a repair service. If you cannot repair your product yourself, return it to the Beacons Products Repair Centre. Products that are returned under warranty or for repair alert us to potential manufacturing problems of which we might not be aware.
Most damaged self-inflating Multimat® can be repaired
Limited 2 years Warranty
Beacons Products guarantees the materials and workmanship of our products. We know you rely on our gear for your comfort and safety, and we are confident that our products are up to this task. All of our mattresses are individually tested before leaving our factory however, in the unlikely event that a fault had not been detected it is most likely to occur within the early life of the mattress. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, or the natural breakdown of certain materials over long periods of time. If you have a product that is damaged or defective, please call us at +44 (0)1685 350011 so we can assess the problem and recommend a course of action. Beacons Products will maintain, repair, or replace defective product at our discretion, and we will repair non-warranty damage at a fair rate. We ask that you clean products before sending them to us.
Return shipping charges to the consumer for repaired products are covered. Should a product be found defective under this warranty, we will repair it or replace it at our option. (Multimat® self-inflating mattresses more than two-years old will be replaced with a similar-warranted cosmetic-irregular mattress.)
What is not covered?
Normal wear, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, taking apart of the product, or improper washing and drying is not covered. Shipping charges to Beacons Products for a defective product are not covered. Beacons Products will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
How to obtain warranty service or repair service for field damaged products
Please fill out the Returns Form and enclose it with your product. Your name, address, and phone number are essential to assure proper return of the repaired or replaced product.
